The Albuquerque Adventure Continues

The Second Shipment

My Stepmother, CosmeticsLydia, sent me on a delivery mission to the Damit Indians recently. As you may know she discovered this lost tribe several years ago. It is still living in the caves under Albuquerque, New Mexico.
I arrived at the Bubonicon space and time port near the SunPort Airport. Here people from all over the galaxy can be found.

Here are two people from the a time line in which the old west met with space aliens and exchanged water for technology.

Here are some tourists from the fairy planet. Albuquerque is often visited by people such as these. Unfortunately, they are violently allergic to LipSense. If you look closely you can see a cat person in the background.
I tried getting to the cat person thinking I might be able to sell some Pink Heart Diamond LipSense. I couldn't get through the crowd. No sale.

I was surprised to met my mother’s guide, with his wife and one of his children here. Unfortunately, he was otherwise employed and could not be my guide.
I believe they were on the way to a place called Universal Studios in Hollywood California. I stocked them up on SeneSun sun block.

My mothers old guide suggest I employ this man as guide.
He refused as he had just signed up with a hated competitor. He suggested I deliver their product instead of LipSense. I, of course, refused.

I was able to trick him into buying some SeneGence Anti-Wrinkle Treatment.

I watched him and his large ray gun head off to a shuttle for Venus. I had a feeling it would be a bit hot for permanent lipstick there.

Getting to the Damit Indians was going to be more difficult then I had expected.

I went back to my mothers guide and asked if he knew anyone else. He didn’t but suggested I try the new train to the endless ocean.

I decided it would be a good idea to take a picture from the car I was riding in. I figured no one would believe that this was the newest train in Albuquerque.
It was rather jiggly. I was afraid that some of my LipSense tubes would break.

The train trip took me across some very wild country. Here you see a bridge that we were about to cross.
The conductor told us this bridge was above a river and canyon that made the Grand Canyon look small. When we crossed it I had no trouble believing him. The crossing seemed to take for ever. I took one look down and could barely see the bottom.

From the train I was to go to the great jungle.
Taking my bag of LipSense I headed through the great Jungle and went to the great ocean.

It was fortunate that there was a well marked path or I would have never made my way through it.

I received a warning message from CosmeticsLydia when I arrived at the great ocean.
"Be careful Alyx. The great ocean looks beautiful at first sight. But it is filled with many dangerous creatures. The most dangerous is the many toothed shark it has eaten several LipSense distributors who tried to get to the Damit Indians this way. If there was any other way I wouldn't let you try. As is if you see the many toothed shark turn back at once. Good Luck. You'll need it.

I dived into the great ocean amid the many beautiful fish. Before long I found the portal to the Damit Indians beach. I swam through.

There it was the many toothed shark. I spun about went back through the portal and back to the jungle.

After a quick conference with CosmeticsLydia, I decided that the only way to get the new colors to the Damit Indians was to go my stepmothers old route without a guide
Knowing how beautiful Napa, Redwood, and Malibu LipSense would make the Indian women I had to go on. Determined I set out on my mission.

I set out for the cave maze. Before long I was at the start of the cave tunnel. I had been able to avoid the great beasts that normally guarded it. I only saw one on my way there.

It didn't see me.

This time I was warned I would have to sneak past the great Albuquerque Dragon. The same one who had helped the Pueblo Indians oust the Spanish from Santa Fee in 1690. It’s breath could turn me into stone. Before I saw the dragon I came across two of his victims.
Even SeneSerum-C and Climate Control would not help them in their current state. I wondered if there was a way to bring them back to life.

I hopped my bag of lipSense would jingle less then their armor had.

Then there he was the great Albuquerque Dragon

I was in luck he was sleeping in stone form.

He gave only a brief snort as I tiptoed past on my way to the cave that would take me to the sun baked maze that was know for killing so many hopeful travelers.

I glanced back before I entered it. The dragon was looking at me.

"You passed me", it said "but you'll never find your way through the maze little one. Toss me a tube of Black LashSense or I'll chase you there with my breath."

Fortunately I had plenty.

Fearfully, I entered the great sun baked maze. I was well aware of the many ways to get lost as well as the giant ants and huge spiders that lived in it. But I had to get the LipSense through.
The maze was as hot as I'd been warned.

After hours of walking I realized I'd not seen a drop of water.

I passed several small animal sizzling on the ground. Their desiccated bodies looked as though they had been there for years. I realized that the ants would have found and eaten them long before that.

Then it dawned on me that Party Pink LipSense had been discontinued. What would I feed the ants if they found me?

When I saw the cave that would lead me to the valley of the Damit Indians I was overcome with joy. I’d missed the giant spiders and giant ants. Since Party Pink LipSense had been discontinued I felt particularly happy about missing the ants.

Exiting the cave I realized the dangers were not over. Now I was back in a jungle. all around me I could hear the buzz of insects and the screams of large animals.
My first challenge was the giant bee. Fortunately, it was more interested in the flowers then me.

Much more dangerous was the yellow striped vampire butterfly. These beautiful monsters flit throughout this jungle. Lite as a feather they can land on you and inject a sleeping potion that will put you out in seconds then whole schools of these monsters will land on you and drain out every drop of your blood.
Luckily I only saw one before I found the village. Once there I delivered my LipSense to Chief WhoDidEyes and received a map to a trail to the best exit from the Damit Indian strong hold.

It was a long walk back to civilization to say the least. I though I’d never get there. Once out of the tunnel I turned to check it’s location and found it gone. Like so much of the Land of Enchantment the magic only works one way.

I was happy to see the train station less then a block away, however.

Within an hour I was on an Amtrak train to Las Vegas.

I wonder what my next adventure will be like.
